When and how is Niels Malotaux available ?

Niels Malotaux works within a circle of 200 km around Utrecht, The Netherlands, often on a basis of one day a week per project or organisation. In larger organisations two days a week.
Internationally (more than 200 km) we charge some extra, to cover for the travel time and travel costs: about 0.5 to 1 day extra within Europe, about 1 to 2 days extra outside Europe, depending on the exact location on the globe. All fees are all-in (no extra for travel and expenses, other than paying for 0.5 to 2 extra days).

Evo coaching within the 200km circle takes 5 to 10 visit days per project, one day a week, with sometimes a gap to try it out yourself. After that we still can add a lot of improvement, but your project will already become more successful, while spending 30% less time, and for the time being you better first focus on what you learnt, before going to the next steps.
Internationally and for larger organizations or large projects a different scheme will be worked out.
Home office work is charged per hour. Visits to customer sites are charged per full day.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
All work by Malotaux is done to the best of his ability. Still, it may be possible that the ways of working or the expectations of the Client and Malotaux don't fit. Therefore, termination of the cooperation is possible at any moment, only by formally telling this, while explaining the reason. In such cases, only the work until that very moment will be charged.

No cure no pay:
Furthermore, any day you would be dissatisfied with the results of Malotaux's work will not be charged, on the condition that you file your complaint with Malotaux within 5 days after that day, or in any case before any next day of Malotaux' work. In such a case, any planned further activities by Malotaux will be automatically deferred, until we decide that satisfaction can again be expected.
Note that this all has to do with Return on Investment, and I expect from the teams I coach also that from now on they are going to act on a no-cure-co-pay basis: we are going to earn our salaries again!
