The work of Evo projects is divided in Task Cycles of normally max. 1 week and Delivery Cycles of normally max. 2 weeks.
The Evo Task Administrator is a tool for administering the Tasks in Evo Projects. It is based on the ideas as described in the booklets “Evolutionary Project Management Methods” (www.malotaux.nl/nrm/pdf/MxEvo.pdf) and "How Quality is Assured by Evolutionary Methods"(www.malotaux.nl/nrm/pdf/Booklet2.pdf). Use these booklets for more background information. If you have not much time, start with Booklet2. If the Evo Task Administrator itself and the booklets do not provide sufficient information, please send your questions or comments to Niels Malotaux.

Evo Task Administrator is a Microsoft Access Application. It was built on a Windows2000
Platform, using Microsoft Access 2000.
It will not run if you have not Microsoft Access 2000 or XP installed on your
computer. V1.12 also runs with MSAccess2003. MSAccess2003SP1 will run the older
versions correctly as well.
You can obtain Evo Task Administrator by downloading a .zip file (260 kb). This .zip file contains the Evo Task Administrator application and a Release Note. Do read the disclaimer in the release note!
